Standard Products Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, just return the item(s) postmarked within 10 days of receipt and we will fully refund your purchase price, less shipping charges, or replace the product with the same product or one of equal value at your option.
This guarantee is voided if the product has been used, altered, or damaged.
A 15% restocking fee applies to any order in which the product was not returned within 10 days.  
No returns or exchanges are allowed on merchandise after 30 days.
The product must be returned in like new condition, with all packing materials and proof of purchase showing price paid.
Damage occurring in shipment is not covered by this warranty, and a claim must be filed with the shipping company.

This warranty applies only to standard products and not to custom made, or customized items, such as Club Caps, Caps with Custom Horsepower or Delivery Dates, and/or medallions that have been installed on customer supplied center caps.

The special "Fade" warranty shown below will also apply to those standard products that have a printed face.

Club Caps Warranty

Being custom made, and having been pre-approved from a proof, club caps are not returnable for any reason other than defects in manufacturing, or conditions as outlined in our special "Fade" warranty as shown below.

Customer Supplied Caps Warranty

Due to the method in which the medallions are attached to the caps, there is a very high risk of damaging the cap, the medallion or both in trying to separate them. For this reason, medallions that have been applied to a customer's caps are not returnable except for manufacturing defects, or conditions as outlined in our special "Fade" warranty as shown below.

Special Fade Warranty for Printed Products

Custom Center Caps maintains Quality control samples of all of our printed product images for comparison purposes. We will replace any printed image that shows, in our opinion, excessive fading from the original image, within a three year period from the original purchase. There will be no refunds given due to image fade.

General Warranty Conditions

Customer will pay for the shipping charges to return items under warranty to Custom Center Caps. If found defective, Custom Center Caps will ship the replacement items back to the customer at no charge.

Custom Center Caps will examine any products returned for warranty.
Determination of what constitutes a manufacturing defect, or excessive image fade will be at Custom Center Caps sole discretion.
